The electric crucible loader is specifically designed for fire assay process, mainly used to evenly place crucibles in furnace, preventing operators from direct contact with high temperatures, ensuring safe operation and improve the efficiency of fire assay.
Decent electric crucible loader features a mobile frame with guide wheels, a lifting mechanism with a hydraulic cylinder, and a control panel equipped with an emergency stop switch and voltage meter. It can load 25 or 50 crucibles at a time, saving time and improving efficiency. The control panel allows for easy lifting and placement of crucibles.
