Advanced Technology in a Container Lab
Project Introduction
Qingdao Decent Group successfully customized and delivered two container laboratories for Malaysian client LYNAS, designed for sample preparation and mineral drying. Known for their one-stop solution, compact layout and efficient space utilization, these laboratories are designed to meet the unique laboratory needs of the client, enhance productivity and efficiency, and reduce human error.
Project Implementation
- Design Communication:
DECENT expert team always maintains close contact with the client, from the design phase to the manufacturing stage, ensuring that the final product meets client needs and reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Transportation and Installation:
After the container laboratories arrived in Malaysia by sea, DECENT expert team quickly arrived at the site for installation and commissioning. After 3 days of intense work, all equipment was installed and fixed, with electrical and water connections established.
- Commissioning and Operation:
The equipment operated stably after commissioning, with noise levels under both no-load and load conditions within the permissible exposure limits.
- Equipment Performance Testing:
The performance of all equipment exceeded client expectations. The jaw crusher and pulverizer mill met the P80 2.36 mm and P80 75 µm specification requirements; the rotary sample divider met the R2 90% uniformity requirement; and the pulse dust collection system demonstrated excellent dust removal performance, showcasing its superiority in dust removal efficiency.
Project Result
With extensive experience in the field of container laboratories, Qingdao Decent Group successfully completed all processes from design, construction implementation to installation and commissioning. The entire laboratory and all equipment passed the rigorous testing of the client, who highly recognized the equipment and services we provided. This project has become a new milestone in international cooperation.
