Rotary Sample Divider

The Rotary Sample Divider is a specialized device designed to obtain representative samples and reduce bulk materials efficiently. It is essential for accurate and precise sample preparation in various industries, including mining, metallurgy, geology, and chemistry.

Qingdao Decent Group Rotary Sample Divider is for accurate division of bulk laboratory samples into equal representative samples. Sample representative is more than 99%. The samples are fed at a controlled rate as a falling stream that is divided in to equal segments by the action of a “circle” of segmental buckets being rotated beneath the stream.

Equipment Construction

It has a safety switch inside which prevents operation while lid is open.
Six to ten bucket segments inside are for sample division and collection.
Bucket are fitted with handles for easy removal.
All parts in direct contact with the sample are of SUS304 stainless steel construction.
The driving mechanism adopts gear motor and variable frequency speed control.
