Pulverizing Bowls

Pulverizing bowls, also known as grinding bowls or pulverizing mill bowls, are used to grind coarse materials into fine powders and are an important part of laboratory and industrial grinding equipment.

The series of pulverizing bowls of Qingdao Decent Group has good wear resistance and impact resistance. A unique range of bowls from 40 to 5000g nominal capacity. The “bowl and disc” style grinding head forms the core of our extensive bowl range.

We deliver this high-capacity, high-production bowl to the sample preparation market over 10 years. Today, they remain the preferred choice for most leading commercial testing laboratories worldwide.

Their nominal capacities are available in 640, 800, 1600, and 3500g. Qingdao Decent Group “ring and puck” style bowls are available in the smaller 50, 100, 125, 300 and 400cc nominal capacities. These are also made of hardened steel structures, with tungsten carbide available for the 125cc size. This innovative crushing and grinding configuration allow for rapid preparation of large samples with a nominal capacity of up to 5000g.

Equipment Construction

The pulverizing bowls are made from materials such as carbon steel, high-manganese steel, or tungsten carbide to achieve optimal service life.
The styles are divided into “bowl and disc” or ” ring and puck” to meet different sample sizes and grinding requirements.
These pulverizing bowls have a simple structure with fewer moving parts, making them easy to clean and maintain.
The heavier bowls and grinding elements are compatible with simple pneumatic lifting devices, enhancing efficiency and safety.
