Hammer Crusher

Hammer crusher is designed for efficient crushing of medium-hard to soft materials. The main components include the housing, rotor, hammer, impact liners, and screen plates. It is widely used in industries such as mining, construction, and chemical processing.

Qingdao Decent Group laboratory hammer crusher features a full-width hammer head. The high-quality motor drives the rotor to rotate rapidly. The full-width hammer will impact, shear and tear the material in the ore sample entering the crusher cavity. The materials are then thrown against the impact liners and screen bars by their own gravity. Materials larger than the screen hole size are retained on the screen plate and continue to be impacted by the hammerheads until the sample size passes through the screen plate and is discharged outside the machine.
