Rolls Crusher

The rolls crusher, also known as double roll crusher or toothed roll crusher, is a widely used machine, particularly suitable for crushing large, brittle materials such as ores, rocks, coke, coal, clinker, ceramic raw materials, slag, refractory materials, and chemical materials.

The rolls crusher operates by compressing and shearing materials between two counter-rotating rolls, and the rollers can be adjusted to achieve the desired output size. When the material enters the crushing chamber, it is forced through the nip formed by the rotating rolls. Simultaneously, it is subjected to compression and shearing forces, causing the material to break apart. Smaller particles exit the machine through the gap between the rolls, following the tangential direction of the roll rotation. Larger particles that exceed the gap size continue to be crushed into smaller pieces and then discharged.
